Director
The Director of IT leads Evergreen’s technology function, including infrastructure, systems, data, AI, security, and IT governance. This role is responsible for setting IT direction and ensuring Evergreen’s technology environment is secure, reliable, scalable, and able to support business priorities and growth. The Director of IT works closely with business leaders to guide priorities, support decision-making, and balance tradeoffs across speed, cost, and risk. This role also leads the IT team, including service delivery through the Manager of IT, and requires prior experience leading enterprise IT strategy, operations, and cross-functional technology initiatives. The person in this role actively contributes to our culture of belonging, where everyone feels welcome and supported. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and support company growth. Trusted relationships across Evergreen and with partners are essential, along with professionalism, and a collaborative mindset that reflects Evergreen’s values (Care Personally, Extend Grace, Be Responsive, Take Ownership, Be Transparent, Innovate).
$140,000+, depending on experience, in addition to bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
