The Director of Business Development role leads business development efforts for PharMerica Senior Living by driving customer acquisition strategies in the Assisted Living market and advancing growth within this segment. Working under the Associate Vice President, the position partners with cross‑functional teams to roll-out growth initiatives, execute sales plans, and support the organization’s broader revenue objectives.
The strongest candidates bring B2B sales experience along with a background in Senior Living or Long‑Term Care. Deep industry insight, proven sales strategy skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with executive‑level leaders are essential.
This is a remote position with 65% travel.
Applicants must live within the territory: Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
