Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Finance & Business Partnership
- Lead complex financial analyses that inform enterprise strategy and executive decision-making.
- Partner with senior leaders across finance and operations to evaluate strategic opportunities, investments, and business performance.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for executive leadership and the Board.
- Develop financial models that support long-range planning, business cases, capital allocation, and organizational priorities.
- Project Leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring successful execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Manage ambiguous, high-priority workstreams with limited direction.
- Coordinate teams across finance, operations, clinical, and corporate functions to achieve project objectives.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities while maintaining project momentum.
- Financial Modeling & Analytics
- Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate operational and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, and quantify improvement opportunities.
- Develop scenarios and sensitivity analyses to support executive decisions.
- Create dashboards and reporting that simplify complex information for leadership.
- Operational Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate processes and recommend scalable solutions.
- Support transformation initiatives through analytical rigor and structured problem solving.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and organizational capabilities.
- Executive Communication
- Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership, Board meetings, and strategic planning discussions.
- Communicate complex concepts in a concise, compelling, and actionable manner.
- Influence decisions through data-driven recommendations and thoughtful analysis.
Compensation Range:
$113,346.00 to $170,020.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
