Responsible for end-to-end (E2E) contract management capability development across Geisinger. The Director is responsible for transforming the enterprise contracting process including supporting contract teams and business stakeholders in driving the education, understanding and compliance with the contracting practices and procedures. This person will execute and deliver value by ensuring a robust foundation and strong process management across all aspects of the contract function and in its advancing maturity.

Geisinger is seeking a strategic and innovative Director, Centralized Contracts to lead enterprise-wide Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives, contract governance, and process transformation. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, legal teams, supply chain professionals, and operational stakeholders to build and advance a best-in-class contracting program. You'll champion contract management excellence, drive organizational adoption of standardized processes, enhance compliance, and lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business performance across the enterprise. This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives on stakeholder engagement, change management, process improvement, and building strong cross-functional partnerships. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while influencing strategic decisions that support Geisinger's mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
