Job Description

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will turn campaign, website and customer data into clear insights that help clients make better marketing decisions. You will work across SEO, paid media, email and other digital channels, partnering with channel specialists to measure performance, identify opportunities and communicate what the data actually shows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyse performance across digital marketing channels and client accounts
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports
• Track traffic, conversions, customer acquisition and other key marketing metrics
• Investigate performance changes and identify meaningful trends and opportunities
• Connect marketing activity to business outcomes and flag gaps in attribution
• Support channel teams with analysis for campaign planning, optimisation and testing
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients
• Maintain consistent reporting definitions and data quality across accounts

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, marketing analytics or a related role
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
• Experience with GA4 and marketing reporting platforms
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including working with large datasets and formulas
• Understanding of key digital marketing metrics across paid media, SEO, email and website performance
• Comfortable building dashboards and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to question data when results do not make sense
• Able to distinguish correlation from causation when analysing marketing performance

NICE TO HAVE

• Agency experience; Looker Studio or similar dashboarding tools; experience with Google Tag Manager; SQL or basic data querying skills; familiarity with CRM and advertising platforms; and experience with attribution or marketing mix analysis.
