Accountabilities:

As a Digital Copywriting Specialist, you will create persuasive, audience-focused content that supports marketing initiatives, strengthens brand presence, and drives measurable results. You will combine creativity with analytics to develop messaging strategies, optimize campaigns, and maintain consistent communication standards across channels.

• Create engaging short-form and long-form B2B marketing content across email campaigns, websites, social media, blogs, video scripts, digital advertisements, marketing collateral, and executive presentations.
• Transform product features, customer success stories, and technical information into compelling narratives, headlines, and calls-to-action aligned with business objectives.
• Interview subject matter experts and customers to develop authentic content and build strong product knowledge.
• Develop, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms, optimizing performance through metrics analysis and A/B testing.
• Apply SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices to improve content visibility, search rankings, and organic audience growth.
• Partner with marketing leadership to define campaign messaging, manage content initiatives, and deliver multi-format content packages.
• Establish and maintain style guides, templates, and tone guidelines to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Measure content performance, identify improvement opportunities, and refine messaging based on data insights.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on copy structure, storytelling techniques, headlines, and calls-to-action.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support lead generation, revenue growth, and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced copywriter with strong B2B marketing expertise, excellent storytelling abilities, and the analytical mindset needed to optimize content performance. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, and collaborating with diverse teams.

• 5+ years of professional experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a related field.
• Strong preference for experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to write across multiple formats, including social content, thought leadership articles, technical product messaging, and executive communications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Experience developing messaging for complex products and quickly becoming knowledgeable about new industries or solutions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, creativity, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent editing skills with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and quality.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership while knowing when to seek input.
