  • Experience troubleshooting Oracle-based application issues in production or business-critical environments.
  • Experience with SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning, query optimization, execution plan review, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of relational database concepts, data relationships, constraints, indexes, transaction handling, and application data models.
  • Ability to collaborate with data modelers and database administrators to understand and support data model impacts without directly owning data modeling responsibilities.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for work item tracking, development collaboration, or release support.
  • Experience using Git for source control, branching, merging, and version management.

  • Strong analytical and root-cause troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented application development environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, support production needs as required, and adapt to changing business requirements and project demands.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with .NET or other application development environments that consume Oracle database logic.
  • Experience supporting integration-related database logic, data feeds, batch jobs, scheduled processes, or system-to-system data exchange.
