Data analyst

WeCare Outsourcing is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our remote team. The successful candidate will analyze business data, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends or performance gaps.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical reports.
• Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Present findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in data analysis is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
