Role: Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to guest and client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Provide professional, timely, and courteous support to ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage bookings, reservations, and follow-ups accurately
• Maintain and update customer records in our system
• Escalate issues appropriately and support daily operations

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, Google Workspace, and email
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
