At Blueberry, our doctors and patients are at the center of everything we do. We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who can deliver a reliable, high-quality experience across phone, email, and chat while working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What You’ll Own:

• Support patients and doctors across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve questions efficiently while ensuring a clear, professional experience.
• Follow established workflows and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Document interactions clearly to support follow-up, collaboration, and continuity of care.
• Use sound judgment to resolve issues independently and escalate when appropriate.
• Maintain strong awareness of SLAs and prioritize work accordingly.

Experience You’ll Need:

• Prior customer support experience (phone, email, or chat).
• Experience working in remote or structured support environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations at once.
• Consistent reliability, including punctuality and ownership of scheduled shifts.
• Attention to detail in documentation and task execution.
• Comfort working in a structured environment with defined processes.
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
