Job Summary:

mPulse Mobile is seeking a Solution Engineer to join our enthusiastic and talented team. In this role you will enhance the value of our company by working with our sales directors to engage potential healthcare customers, understanding their mobile strategy and their technology, and proposing mobile solutions that engage and activate their patient populations.

The selected candidate will work with the mPulse implementation team and engagement team to ensure that client technical, functional and delivery requirements can be met. The role is a good fit for a candidate who has a natural curiosity to problem solve and use components of mPulse technology and professional services to suggest the most valuable solution for the client. The Solution Engineer will be thorough and unrelenting in your quest for capturing both technical and operational components into an SOW/proposal for documentation. The ideal candidate will be professional, energetic and have a passion for helping customers solve challenging problems.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in the discovery process to scope and understand program requirements, and document them appropriately
• Join client conversations
• Conduct product demos where appropriate
• Ownership of the Solution Design process through:
• Thorough documentation of solution details captured during the Discovery process
• Partnership with Delivery team(s) to ensure that client technical, functional and delivery requirements can be met
• Facilitating Delivery team(s) visibility into active opportunities, answer internal and external solution related questions and ensuring each solutions estimated cost to deliver is provided prior to pricing.
• Support Proposal and Contracting process to ensure documentation is aligned with approved solution designs for each opportunity.
• Communicate key solution details to Delivery Team(s) as part of the Pre-Sale to Post-Sale transition.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of best practice processes for the Solution Engineering role. Become a solution expert and achieve deep knowledge of each component of the solution’s modules and functions as well as a solid understanding of the technical underpinnings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related field.
• 4+ Years of Pre-sales, Business Analysis, or Consulting work experience
• Software Engineering / Development
• Experience with mobile
• Experience in healthcare
• Experience with Pre-sales or Client Services
• Experience with Solution Design: Patient Engagement, Pop Health, Member Outreach
• Technical writing

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and sit for extended period of time.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
