As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our software solutions. Your efforts will directly impact customer loyalty and contribute to the ongoing growth of Invicta Software.
Key Objectives
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to customers through multiple channels.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services based on customer feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and track issue resolution progress.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, escalating complex cases to technical teams when necessary.
- Guide customers through product features, updates, and best practices.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Invicta Software products and industry developments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and patience.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
