Customer service representative

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our team with a professional, driven Customer Service Representative. By working with System Pavers, you’ll be provided with the necessary training and support from our wonderful team and enjoy a robust support system based on our three decades of experience. Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
• Schedule appointments between customers and our design consultants.
• Confirm scheduled appointments.
• Respond to email correspondence from customers and internal team members.
• Stay up to date with all company procedures/ protocol pertaining to the call center.

Experience & Skills:

• Customer service/phone presence.
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM.
• Problem-solving mentality with ability to remain both calm and positive under pressure.

This position is a entry-level, full-time role that offers $16.50/hour + bonus (~$18-$19/hour). We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States; however, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
