Customer Service Representative I (CSR1) – General Consideration

Office Location: 304 Northcreek Blvd., Goodlettsville, TN 37072

Position Location: Remote (Applicants must live within 75 miles of Goodlettsville, TN.)

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus a Health & Welfare Benefit (where applicable). Current anticipated compensation is $21.93/hour ($17.00/hour base pay + $4.93/hour Health & Welfare Benefit). Final compensation will be confirmed when positions become available and may be higher.

Job Duties

As opportunities become available, Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls related to client accounts.
• Accurately documenting all customer interactions.
• Maintaining quality standards and ensuring data accuracy.
• Tracking required account information and system documentation.
• Following all company and client policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Qualification: Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain federal clearance. Ability to work 40 hours a week. Ability to commute to ACSI Head Quarters to complete employment onboarding items and on a case-by-case basis, if needed.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. High integrity and professionalism with the ability to maintain a customer service demeanor in all situations. Self-managed and focused to maintain high levels of productivity in a work-from-home environment. Ability to follow all rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures in all situations. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Remote Requirements:

High speed internet connection with the ability to connect to your client assigned system utilizing a connection via ethernet cable. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) set the standard for broadband internet at 25 Mbps for download speeds, and 3 Mbps for upload. To be considered “high speed” your download speed should be higher than the 25 Mbps standard, ranging anywhere from 100 to 1,000 Mbps. Personal Mobile Device. Home office with ZERO background noise and ZERO distractions. It should be noted that in the event there are attendance issues, compliance issues or internet issues, remote work may be suspended and work within the office may be required.
