We're seeking a talented copywriter who can:

• Create engaging, authentic content that resonates with local communities
• Craft compelling calls-to-action that drive leads and conversions
• Adapt writing style to suit various home service industries (e.g., roofing, landscaping, painting)
• Produce high-quality, creative content at a fast pace
• Creating compelling content that resonate with local communities and build trust
• Understanding audience pain points and highlighting the given relevant details in a persuasive way
• Research Oriented person who can look up answers and include in their content to make it more relevant

Qualifications

• Experience writing content on Social media and growing social media pages.
• Strong familiarity with Facebook and its features
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to write persuasively for a target audience of homeowners aged 30-60

Key Responsibilities

• Create 20+ pieces of engaging, high-converting content daily for various clients
• Tailor content to specific local Facebook groups and communities
• Develop creative giveaways and promotions to boost engagement
• Craft clear, compelling calls-to-action that drive users to client lead forms
• Select appropriate images to complement written content
• Monitor post performance and adapt strategies accordingly
