We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator/Strategist with a strong understanding of LinkedIn to build and grow a professional brand through engaging, high-quality content. This role goes beyond simply writing posts. You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies, identifying topics that resonate with professional audiences, creating compelling LinkedIn content, and using performance data to continuously improve engagement and reach.

The ideal candidate understands how LinkedIn works, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn business ideas, industry insights, and company stories into content that drives meaningful conversations and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with business and brand goals.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, and relevant topics to identify content opportunities.
• Create engaging LinkedIn posts, including thought leadership, educational content, storytelling, and industry insights.
• Develop strong hooks, headlines, and post structures designed to increase engagement and reach.
• Repurpose existing content, company insights, interviews, and other materials into LinkedIn-ready content.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and publishing schedule.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather ideas, insights, and subject-matter expertise.
• Monitor LinkedIn content performance and analyze metrics such as impressions, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Test different content formats, topics, hooks, and approaches to identify what performs best.
• Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, platform changes, and emerging content strategies.
• Help strengthen the company's professional brand and authority within the remote work, talent, and business space.

• Experience with B2B, recruitment, staffing, HR, SaaS, or professional services content.
• Experience developing thought-leadership content for executives or company leaders.

2+ years of experience in content creation, content marketing, social media, or a similar role. Proven experience creating content specifically for LinkedIn. Strong understanding of LinkedIn's audience, content formats, and engagement patterns. Excellent English writing and communication skills. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and concise, easy-to-read content. Strong understanding of professional and B2B audiences. Experience using content analytics to improve performance. Highly creative, proactive, and comfortable generating ideas independently. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple content pieces and meet publishing deadlines.
