LMI is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support our LIGER platform to meet specific customer needs. This position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance, for which you must be a U.S. citizen. Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics, or related technical discipline. Hands-on experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Certification in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with maintaining hybrid cloud solutions. Experience using GitLab for CI/CD and automated deployments. Strong familiarity using Linux toolsets to support and analyze network related topics and issues. GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification or equivalent (preferred). Previous government technology experience. Demonstrated experience with US Army technology, systems, and command & control policies and procedures. Experience with Agile development methodologies and working with Agile teams. Experience designing and deploying solutions in GCP environments (preferred). Familiarity with GCP services such as GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM. Ability to obtain a security clearance, for which you must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred: Master’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics, or related technical discipline Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional Experience working in IL6 or equivalent secure environments. Experience with security requirements in a federal IT environment, including FedRAMP-certified providers and FISMA requirements for acquiring an ATO. Agile certifications Experience with Cross-Domain Solutions (IL4 to IL6) Experience with GCP in regulated or government environments Multi-cloud architecture experience (AWS + GCP)
