Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for organized, dependable individuals who enjoy assisting customers and making complex details easier to manage. As a Client Support Travel Specialist, you will help travelers organize upcoming vacations by researching requested services, assisting with reservations, and providing responsive support throughout the planning process.

This is a remote opportunity suitable for both experienced professionals and individuals exploring a new career path. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training, supplier resources, and continued education are provided.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and gather details about upcoming vacation plans
  • Identify travel dates, destination preferences, accommodation needs, activities, and budget considerations
  • Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and vacation packages
  • Compare available services and identify choices that correspond with individual client requests
  • Provide clear information to help travelers evaluate available options
  • Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and other requested services
  • Use approved supplier resources and reservation platforms to manage arrangements
  • Prepare confirmations, schedules, itinerary information, and applicable travel documentation
  • Monitor important reservation dates and follow up on outstanding planning requirements
  • Keep clients updated as arrangements are confirmed or modified
  • Respond to routine questions and assist with changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Verify traveler information, dates, and reservation details for accuracy
  • Participate in continued supplier and destination education
