Client services associate

Redda Group is seeking a motivated Client Services Associate to join our Customer Experience & Client Services department in North Bethesda. This full-time, remote position is an exciting entry-level opportunity to kick-start your career in management consulting while providing exceptional support to our clients.

As a Client Services Associate, you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, assisting clients with inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their engagement with our services. Your contributions will be vital in helping us achieve our overarching goal of delivering outstanding client satisfaction and loyalty.

The salary for this position ranges from $22.00 to $24.30 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package in addition to various opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and service-related requests.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns promptly.
• Educate clients about our services, helping them maximize their value.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in client interactions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all client dealings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
