Campaign manager — affiliate growth & operations

We are looking for a hands-on Campaign Manager to help turn affiliate growth ideas into well-executed and measurable campaigns.

You will coordinate campaign preparation and launches, build simple operational workflows, prepare campaign materials, track results and support the team with qualified partner sourcing.

The role is execution-focused and works closely with Affiliate Sales Managers, Product, Analytics, Design, PR, Social Media, Logistics and Finance.

• 1–3 years of experience in campaign operations, growth marketing, affiliate marketing or a related role.
• Previous hands-on experience in crypto or Web3 is strongly preferred but not required. Strong campaign execution or creator/community coordination experience in adjacent industries will also be considered.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets/Excel, Notion and form-building tools.
• Ability to create simple workflows and automations independently.
• Strong written English and clear communication skills.
• Comfortable working with tracking links, campaign data and basic funnel analysis.
• Ability to research and qualify creators, communities and potential partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate, creator or community campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM and no-code automation tools.
• Ecommerce, referral program or campaign reporting experience.
• Additional languages relevant to international markets.

What success looks like

Within the first three months, you should be able to independently prepare and coordinate campaigns, maintain reliable reporting and operational workflows, deliver campaign materials on time, support qualified partner sourcing and identify practical improvements based on campaign results.

Campaign execution

• Turn campaign objectives into briefs, timelines, deliverables and launch checklists.
• Coordinate campaign preparation, launches, follow-ups and post-campaign reviews.
• Maintain the campaign calendar and proactively flag blockers or dependencies.

Campaign operations

• Build and maintain simple forms, Google Sheets/Notion trackers and lightweight automations.
• Test application flows, permissions, tracking links, promo codes and handoffs.
• Coordinate with specialist teams when technical implementation is required.

Campaign materials & partner activation

• Prepare KOL briefs, talking points, FAQs, outreach drafts and other campaign materials.
• Coordinate design assets, translations, landing-page content and publishing schedules.
• Support partner onboarding, samples, campaign materials and publishing follow-ups.

Reporting & optimization

• Maintain accurate campaign records and consolidate available sales, funnel and in-app performance data.
• Prepare campaign reports, leaderboards and reward calculations.
• Track campaign spend and operational requests.
• Review campaign results and propose improvements to offers, messaging and workflows.

Lead sourcing support

• Research relevant KOLs, creators, communities and ecosystem partners.
• Qualify prospects based on audience, geography, engagement, product fit and commercial potential.
• Maintain clear lead records, check for duplicates and prepare qualified leads for handoff to Affiliate Sales Managers.
