Accountabilities:

The Business Value Operations Manager will be responsible for building and scaling the operational foundation behind a business value organization. This role requires a combination of strategic analysis, process design, and stakeholder management to help teams deliver compelling value narratives and measurable business outcomes.

• Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, benchmarking, and financial assessments to define and communicate measurable business impact.
• Develop executive-level business cases and value presentations tailored for senior stakeholders, including finance and procurement leaders.
• Build scalable self-service tools, dashboards, workflows, and operational resources that enable go-to-market teams to deliver value consistently.
• Design and improve business value frameworks, engagement models, benchmarks, and reporting structures to support organizational growth.
• Establish intake, prioritization, routing, and tracking processes for business value engagements, including KPI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Partner with sales, product, marketing, and transformation teams to improve value-based selling strategies and customer engagement.
• Lead AI-assisted value generation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.
• Create enablement materials, share best practices, and support teams in adopting structured value advisory approaches.
• Act as a strategic advisor to internal leaders by translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical operator with experience building scalable business processes, advising stakeholders, and communicating complex concepts clearly. They should combine strong financial expertise with operational execution skills and the ability to thrive in an evolving environment.

• 7+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, management consulting, or similar roles, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven experience creating and implementing scalable systems, tooling, dashboards, ROI models, workflows, or playbooks adopted by business teams.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating value propositions to senior leadership audiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently, solve ambiguous problems, and build processes from the ground up.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building business value, advisory, or strategic consulting functions is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement, finance processes, or SaaS value drivers is a plus.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, analysis, and business operations.
