We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Administrator – Wealth Management Platforms! The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, governance, support, and continuous improvement of Wealth Enhancement's planning technology ecosystem.
This role serves as the primary liaison between advisors, Wealth Strategies, Operations, IT, vendors, and acquisition teams to ensure planning technologies are effectively governed, appropriately licensed, integrated, supported, and aligned with enterprise objectives. The position is responsible for vendor management, platform administration, license oversight, operational governance, M&A technology onboarding, process documentation, reporting, and technology optimization across approved planning technologies. This is a Remote position.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Bachelor's Degree in business; finance, economics or related or the equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years’ experience with vendor management, technology licensing or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
