What You’ll Do:

• Identify, target, and secure new client accounts across the tri-state region, focusing on mid-size and enterprise-level IT organizations
• Develop tailored sales strategies that highlight the value of IT consulting, contract staffing, and direct hire solutions
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers: CIOs, CTOs, hiring managers, and procurement professionals
• Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and talent match quality
• Stay current on industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to position the firm as a strategic partner

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of IT staffing sales experience with a proven track record of new business acquisition in the NY/NJ/CT market
• Deep understanding of contingent staffing, managed services, and consulting delivery models
• Existing network of contacts within enterprise or mid-market clients across the region
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial in approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
