The salary range for this position is $76,000 to $106,400 per year plus bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training, geographic location, additional qualifications such as licensure or certifications, market factors, and responsibilities. #IND1

Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Accounts, the Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and acquiring new corporate accounts while expanding existing relationships. This role focuses on strategic prospecting, effective sales funnel management, and successful onboarding of national and regional corporate clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and revenue targets
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate strong business relationships with national and regional corporate accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and close
• Develop and present compelling proposals and solutions to generate new business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the Corporate Accounts team to drive successful implementation and onboarding of strategic locations
• Conduct scheduled visits to client locations to maintain relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure satisfaction
• Attend customer trade shows, industry events, and conferences to generate leads and strengthen brand presence
• Host and participate in corporate events to support client engagement and business development efforts
• Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasting within CRM systems
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to support strategic sales initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent to work experience
• 3–5 years of successful experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, preferably with corporate or enterprise accounts
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close is strongly preferred
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and energetic with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills, including outreach to senior-level and executive decision makers
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to maintain high-touch, professional, and executive-level relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license along with a good driving record

Location: this individual can be located anywhere in the U.S. as long as they reside near a major metro airport.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements/PPE:

• Home-office based position with 50% or more travel required
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures and environments
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods during travel and office work
