Responsibilities

What You’ll Do / Your Impact

Client Partnership and Risk Strategy

  • Lead the overall vision strategy and performance of the branch in alignment with organizational goals
  • Build strong relationships with clients partners and stakeholders to elevate service delivery and satisfaction
  • Serve as a visible leader within the insurance community and strengthen market presence
  • Drive organic growth through business development networking and client engagement initiatives

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee financial performance including revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Manage workflows resources and operational structures to ensure efficiency scalability and compliance
  • Support and integrate shared services and operational best practices across the branch
  • Partner with internal teams to evaluate and execute acquisition opportunities

Strategic Contribution

  • Lead and develop a high performing leadership team focused on achieving business objectives
  • Establish performance goals and metrics to drive accountability and results across teams
  • Champion a culture aligned with Alera Group values including collaboration engagement and performance excellence
  • Drive succession planning talent acquisition and leadership development initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional and national leadership to align strategy and support enterprise growth initiatives

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required MBA preferred
  • Proven experience leading a multi site operation or profit center within insurance or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits and or property and casualty insurance
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth operational improvement and cultural transformation
  • Strong financial acumen and business leadership experience
  • Excellent communication leadership and relationship management skills

Preferred

  • Professional designations such as CEBS CPCU or CLU
  • Experience working within a national or multi office organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern insurance technology platforms
