Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• QuickBooks Online experience is MANDATORY.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note that this is a part-time, remote, 1099 position. The pay for this position is $14/hour. You will be working on a flex-time schedule.
