WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage monthly invoicing activities, including validating invoice data, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring processes are followed accurately.
• Maintain invoicing procedures and help ensure consistent execution across the team.
• Create monthly client metric reporting for the Client Services team.
• Analyze data and provide reporting or insights to support other teams across the organization.
• Lead and review invoicing and data-quality work completed by Billing Specialists.
• Work closely with Finance, Data Integrity, and Data Analytics to resolve issues and support accurate client billing and reporting.
• Develop an understanding of system usage and recurring issues to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in invoicing-related application testing and special projects as needed.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• 1–2+ years of general administrative experience.
• Accounting, billing, or similar experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify trends, connect information, and clearly summarize findings.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data.
• Excellent organization, planning, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Experience within hospice, DME, pharmacy, managed care, or another healthcare environment is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, healthcare, or a related area is preferred.
