Work on a globally admired premium Wagyu beef brand
Westholme is one of the world's most respected Wagyu beef brands, producing Nature-Led Australian Wagyu that is trusted by leading chefs and sought out by discerning diners around the world for its remarkable flavour, provenance and nature-led values.
Behind Westholme stands Australian Agricultural Company (AACo), Australia's largest integrated cattle and beef producer and the country's oldest continuously operating company, driven by a vision to reimagine Australian agriculture and share it with the world. With a history spanning over two centuries, AACo stewards more than 16 million acres across Queensland and the Northern Territory—approximately 1% of Australia's land mass—supported by a uniquely integrated paddock-to-plate supply chain. This scale, consistency and supply reliability underpin the production and distribution of premium branded beef to more than 20 countries worldwide.
If you're the person who follows chefs, knows which restaurant openings are generating buzz and loves discovering what's next in food culture, you'll feel right at home at Westholme.
We are looking for an ambitious and highly organised Associate Brand Manager to support the execution of the global brand strategy and help bring Westholme to life across key international markets.
Working closely with the Global Senior Brand Manager and broader marketing team, you'll play a critical role in executing chef partnerships, digital content-driven campaigns, unforgettable brand experiences and e-commerce initiatives. You'll ensure stakeholders have the tools, content and support they need to succeed while maintaining the integrity of the Westholme brand.
You're a strong project manager who is energetic, collaborative and commercially minded, and you love getting things done to the highest standard.
You'll be joining a small, passionate global team where you'll have visibility, responsibility and the opportunity to make your mark on a globally recognised premium brand.
We’re a values-led organisation where curiosity, generosity and accountability guide how we work. We care deeply about our people, our animals and the land on which we live and work, and we’re proud of our legacy - one that’s rooted in history and driven by innovation.
At AACo, you’ll enjoy:
