This role serves as a critical support function within our global real estate and workplace team, focusing on the successful delivery of office construction and fit-out projects across international locations. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior Project Managers to ensure seamless execution of complex workplace transformations that align with our technology company's culture, brand standards, and operational requirements. The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can navigate the complexities of global construction projects, including regional building codes, and varying market conditions. You will help coordinate multiple work streams simultaneously, from initial space planning through construction and final occupancy, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards. As our company continues to expand its footprint, this role offers significant opportunity for professional growth and exposure to innovative workplace design concepts that support our collaborative, technology-driven culture. The successful candidate will develop expertise in creating environments that enhance employee experience while optimizing space utilization and operational efficiency.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $70,000 - $110,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
