ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Assistant Manager, National Accounts, you will support the execution of Gisou's commercial strategy by driving planning, forecasting, and operational excellence across our National Accounts business. You will play a critical role in ensuring inventory availability, supporting new product launches, managing retailer operations, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless experience for both internal teams and key retail partners, including Sephora.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Planning & Forecasting

• Own inventory planning and monthly forecast updates by SKU and channel
• Own NPF (new product forecast) oversight — forecasting demand for new launches and reconciling against sell-through
• Maintain seasonal stock & sales plans in partnership with the Sr. Director/AVP
• Manage inventory adjustment processes (RTVs, T&D, markdowns), proactively minimizing returns

Logistics & Operations

• Own day-to-day logistics and ordering for field sales & education — gratis, samples, and collateral
• Coordinate the annual planning calendar across sales, trade, and brand
• Own the Sephora Planning Team relationship — replenishment, forecast alignment, and inventory health conversations
• Support the Sephora Education Team relationship on logistics and fulfillment for education needs

Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with the Trade Marketing Manager on sets & sampling logistics and timelines
• Partner with the Field Team on event logistics and on-site material/gratis needs
• Provide sales and inventory reporting support to the Sr. Director/AVP

Account Management

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth as well potential threats.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to cross functional teams, providing insights and recommendations.
• Partner with retailers to sell in additional revenue, as needed, to ensure retailers sell in and sell outs are aligned to achieve optimal inventory levels in order to hit sales plans.
• Ensure optimal product placement within retailers and secure exposures across B&M and digital platforms
• Own and manage retailer meeting cadence, agendas and recaps.

WHO YOU ARE:

A detail-oriented and highly organized professional with experience in sales operations, inventory planning, forecasting, or account management. Confident working with data and using insights to support planning and drive informed business decisions. An effective cross-functional partner who builds strong relationships across Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and retail partners. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership, anticipates challenges, and follows through with effective solutions. Strong communicator with excellent project management skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset. Passionate about the beauty industry and motivated to deliver operational excellence that supports commercial growth.
