Appointment setter (sales development rep)

3 years' of previous phone sales experience is required.

We’re looking for an Appointment Setter to join our dynamic inside sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers who’ve already expressed interest in our roofing services! Your mission is simple: follow up with leads, build trust, and book free roof inspections for our sales team.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-2:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM-3:00PM EST

• Engage & Follow Up – Call & text warm leads who’ve requested info about roof inspections or estimates.
• Build Trust & Educate – Listen to customer needs and explain the value of Rhino-Back’s award-winning roofing services (we’ll train you!).
• Book Appointments – Schedule customers for their free roof inspections with our outside sales team.
• Stay Organized – Use our CRM to track activity, set reminders, and follow up with potential customers.
• Own Your Success – Make 200+ outbound calls daily to maximize results, refine your communication skills, and boost your earnings.

Qualifications:

• No roofing or construction experience needed
• 3+ years in outbound sales or a high volume call center is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills — friendly, confident, and professional.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using phone, text, and CRM systems (we’ll train you!).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $65,000-$85,000k+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
