We are looking for talented application and software developers who can join our team implementing our proven application development processes. Required skills for this job include:

• Build and maintain software applications for our customers
• Expert-level React development for modern, responsive web applications
• Strong Python development experience building APIs, backend services, and AI-enabled applications
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including AI services and AI Search
• Experience with Git and modern source control workflows
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of secure, scalable application architecture and modern software engineering best practices
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Expertise overseeing the performance of applications to ensure they run properly
• Knowledge of implementing solutions to security vulnerabilities
• Teammate collaboration to ensure applications align with customer needs
• Help foster a culture of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking
• Active Secret Clearance (this requires US Citizenship)
• Acceptable candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background screen

Desired skills for this position:

• Certification in application development
• Exposure to Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (including infrastructure and deployment automation)
• Experience with Bicep/ARM or Terraform (if applicable)
• Experience deploying AI-enabled applications in Azure
• Ability to work with new technologies while demonstrating drive, adaptability, and creative thinking
• Strong communication skills
