1. Proven hands-on experience in business file exchange integrations, including inbound and outbound batch flows.
2. Strong understanding of secure file transfer mechanisms (SFTP/FTPS), file encryption, and data protection controls.
3. Experience defining and managing end-to-end file lifecycle: generation, validation, transmission, acknowledgment, and archival.
4. Ability to work with structured file formats used in enterprise integrations (CSV, fixed-width, XML, JSON) and associated mapping rules.
5. Experience in reconciliation and exception handling for file-based processes, including retries, duplicate detection, and failure recovery.
6. Knowledge of operational monitoring for file exchanges, including SLA tracking, alerting, and incident response.
7. Familiarity with partner onboarding for file-based integrations, including connectivity setup, test cycles, and go-live readiness.
8. Vitality domain experience is highly desirable, especially understanding member journeys, voucher flows, and partner integration touchpoints.
9. Vitality Data Exchange (VDX)-specific exposure is preferred, including file conventions, integration patterns, and downstream processing dependencies.
10. Ability to collaborate across business, product, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into reliable VDX file exchange solutions.
