Assessment & Learning, a division of Undergraduate Medical Education (UME), is looking to hire a talented individual for our Administrative Assistant 2 position. We are looking for someone who likes to interact with a diverse range of people, including students, staff, and faculty, cares about accuracy and quality, has great organizational skills, thinks creative problem solving is fun, and enjoys a challenge and working as a member of a well-functioning team.
Finalists should be prepared to provide official educational transcripts if selected for hire. Applicants must provide names of 3 past or present supervisors as references that the hiring official can contact. See the Position Description for additional information.
If this position is assigned to the Athletics Department, either administratively or functionally, compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations is required. All regular, non-temporary positions assigned to this classification are represented by a labor union and subject to the terms and conditions of the US-UNM Collective Bargaining Agreement.
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, occasional weekend and/or evening work may be required, depending on department needs.

$17.39-$22.07 Hourly
