Own creative strategy for 8-figure wellness brands. Build briefs, lead a pod, use AI daily.

We run a performance marketing agency built around health, wellness, and eco-conscious brands. Most of our clients are eight-figure businesses. We work with supplement brands, better-for-you meat companies, and fitness product lines. Some spend millions per month on Meta ads.

We're a remote team of around 15 people spread across Europe, the US, Africa, and the Philippines. We believe in autonomy: people manage their own time, and we trust you to get the work done. We're also big on celebrating wins. At our monthly all-hands we shout out teammates who've shown our core values, and every new joiner gets a team codename (a monthly tradition we never skip). We're looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to own creative strategy across multiple client accounts. You'll be the person who dives deep into customer psychology, turns research into killer briefs, and oversees a creative pod made up of video editors and graphic designers. You'll help us shift from founder-led creative strategy to a scalable, pod-based delivery model that runs on strong processes and smart use of AI.

• Conduct deep manual research across Reddit, forums, and reviews to understand customer psychology
• Use AI to expand research and develop detailed customer avatars and sub-avatars
• Build psychology-backed creative briefs for video and static ads
• Review and approve finished creative before it goes to the client
• Analyse previous ad performance and iterate to produce more winning creative
• Build out and improve the creative strategy workflow and processes
• Oversee your assigned creative pod and support team performance
• Work heavily with AI as part of your day-to-day process

You'll need to overlap at least 2-3 hours with EST (team starts at 9am Eastern). Outside of that, your schedule is flexible.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Hungry to learn and grow - always diving into the latest updates in creative, new formats, interesting brands, copywriting, marketing, and marketing psychology
• Comfortable and excited to work heavily with AI in your process
• Strong at deep research (manual and AI-assisted) and turning it into psychology-based avatars and briefs
• Strong copywriting and creative strategy skills that translate into great creative
• Teachable and flexible - this role involves close collaboration and doesn't work with people who aren't
• Self-starter who can manage your own responsibilities in a very remote environment
• Experience producing winning assets that have supported between $100k-$500k per month of spend in a Meta ad account

Brownie points for:

• Prior agency experience
• Recent, demonstrable wins in creative strategy - creative that made it into accounts and became winners
• Experience on accounts with significant ad spend (some of our clients spend millions per month on ads)
• Familiarity with our tool stack: Slack, Notion, Claude, Motion, and navigating Facebook Ads Manager
