Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Sharp Attention to Detail– You catch discrepancies in financial data before they become problems.
  • High Tolerance for Repetitive Work– You can process the same type of task hundreds of times a day without losing focus or accuracy.
  • Accuracy-First Mindset– You'd rather get it right than get it done fast.
  • 1-3+ Years in AR, Data Entry, or Admin Support– You've handled financial or administrative data entry before.
  • Google Sheets & Excel Proficiency– You're comfortable navigating spreadsheets daily.
  • Comfortable Learning New Systems– You can pick up tools like Salesforce quickly, even without prior experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Lockbox Portal Experience (Huge Plus)– Familiarity with lockbox banking portals like CashPro.
  • Advanced Spreadsheet Skills– Comfortable with formulas and VLOOKUPs in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • High-Volume Document Workflow Exposure– You've worked with bulk scans or large document batches before.
