FFO (Flynn Family Office) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Account Manager to join our team and provide accounting, financial reporting, and analysis services for our clients. This individual will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements and reports, and supporting clients with their ongoing accounting and financial needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to expand their experience while working directly with clients and gaining exposure to a variety of financial and accounting functions.
The Account Manager will be responsible for performing accounting and financial analysis functions for assigned clients. This individual will prepare and analyze financial reports, maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, process payroll and other accounting transactions, and assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities.
The role also provides opportunities to work directly with clients, vendors, auditors, and internal team members while supporting special accounting projects and ongoing financial reporting needs.
The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $80,000-$90,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
