The Key Accounts Manager will drive new opportunities and increase Share of Wallet (SoW) by overseeing, reinforcing, expanding on, and sustaining relationships with SYSPRO’s key customers.
- Bachelor's Degree
- In-depth experience within the manufacturing and/or distribution industry (8 years plus)
- ERP industry experience (Advantageous)
- Target Market Industry Experience (Advantageous)
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Strong and broad cross-functional business process knowledge
Building and maintaining long term relationships with key stakeholders and providing real value-adding support, recommendations and solutions based on continual, accurate and in-depth exploration, analyses and integration of such customers' business requirements.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Strengthening and growing our SYSPRO account footprint by offering solutions and services as part of an end-to-end offering
- Ensuring Profit & Loss (P&L) budgeted financial goals are reached or exceeded in key customer retention categories and drive customer longevity
- Conceptualize and manage customer Share of Wallet (SoW) by means of campaigns and initiatives
- Assist, as SYSPRO product-solution advisor, in sales and pre-sales, in order to offer relevant solutions in response to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Function as liaison between SYSPRO internal teams and partners with the emphasis on collecting key customers’ business requirements and delivering on promises.
- Ensuring partner engagement with customers and SYSPRO. This includes possessing a thorough knowledge of the SYSPRO Partner Program.
- Monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) per key account
- Track and monitor key customer business requirements
- Monitor key customer satisfaction levels
- Monthly and Quarterly forecasting, tracking and reporting of key account metrics
