This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely enjoys client work — equal parts relationship management and strategic growth.

- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline — prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, and negotiating profitable, sustainable contracts
- Prepare estimates, SOWs, invoices, and status reports; track budgets and billable hours across accounts
- Run regular account reviews to gauge satisfaction, surface upsell opportunities, and get ahead of issues before they grow
- Maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and strategic partners, including sourcing and pricing negotiations
- Report progress against revenue targets and KPIs to leadership
- Flag process improvements that make the team more efficient and clients happier
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor moves to bring clients fresh, relevant ideas

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
