Treasury Management Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of Treasury Management solutions. Serves as a primary point of contact for Treasury Management customer inquiries, ongoing training, troubleshooting, and relationship support. Works closely with Treasury Management Sales team, Treasury Management Operations, and Customer Experience Representatives to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure successful utilization of Treasury Management solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Serves as the primary point of contact for Treasury Management customer support requests and troubleshooting.
• Researches and resolves customer issues related to Treasury Management products or coordinates resolution with internal departments and vendors.
• Provides ongoing training to customers for Treasury Management products and services, ensuring customers fully utilize available solutions and follow established security best practices.
• Provides excellent customer service for Treasury Management customers by providing ongoing support and maintenance for Treasury Management products.
• Follows and maintains departmental procedures to support and maintain Treasury Management products and services in a timely manner.
• Manages communication coming to the Treasury Management team for phone calls, emails, ticketing system, and other correspondence.
• Provides backup to other areas of the department, as requested.
• Develops and maintains an effective knowledge in Treasury Management and banking services.
• Promotes an atmosphere which fosters our Mission, Vision, and Values to employees, customers, and communities.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Banking experience with an emphasis on Deposit Operations or Treasury Management preferred.
2. Use and understanding of various computer software related to carrying out essential responsibilities of the position.
3. Must be able to work independently and follow documented procedures.
4. Understanding of related compliance and regulations preferred.
5. Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
6. Professional appearance.
7. Effective oral and written communication skills.
8. General areas of competency: decision making, dependability, development, environmental safety, evaluation skills, interpersonal skills, prioritizing, problem solving, technical aptitude, team skills and time management.

Physical Requirements

Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, fingering, grasping, repetitive motions, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, thinking, concentrating and interacting with others.
