Position: Technology Support Specialist

Location: Mandan, ND

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process daily Director and Business Analytics tasks, statements, file monitoring, and vendor file transfers.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, ShareFile, Trism, eFax, Ticket Hub, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot and support bank equipment including phone systems, printers, conference room A/V, and overhead music systems.
• Administer physical security systems, including key fobs, door schedules, and video surveillance equipment.
• Provide onsite technical support and assist with special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• One to three years of experience in technology support, operations, information technology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and general computer systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn new technologies, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
