The Strategic Growth Executive will expand the company’s presence across health plans, payer organizations, pharmacy benefit organizations, and healthcare technology markets. Reporting to the Vice President, Growth, this is a senior individual contributor role responsible for developing executive relationships, working qualified opportunities, advancing strategic sales pursuits, and closing complex enterprise transactions. The Strategic Growth Executive will serve as a trusted advisor to payer and healthcare leaders, helping them address challenges across care management, utilization management, member administration, pharmacy, quality, compliance, complaints, appeals and grievances, interoperability, workflow automation, and artificial intelligence.
The successful candidate will combine deep healthcare and payer expertise with strong enterprise sales experience and the ability to navigate complex buying environments. This individual will work closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product, Strategic Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Client Experience, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, and Operations to create differentiated solutions and deliver measurable value to customers.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
This position will require up to 30% travel to MHK locations (Tampa, FL & Madison, CT) as well as customer sites and conferences as necessary. Must be able to work actively across all time zones as necessary. All prospective employees must pass a background check and drug test.
