Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in overseeing the completion and documentation of all assigned day-to-day activities.
• Provides assistance and instruction to IT personnel in the execution of their assignments.
• Provides second-level and advanced support for all systems including software and hardware for all platforms, problem determination/isolation, analyzing problem data, performing data analysis, documenting findings, etc.
• Installs new hardware, such as personal computers, printers, servers, phones, etc.
• Installs and troubleshoots company approved software and web applications by utilizing general IT knowledge and problem-solving skills to respond to service requests.
• Ensures that all service requests are handled or escalated in a timely manner.
• Maintains supported systems as required, including running backups, editing system data, running reports, etc.
• Captures and deploys standardized workstation configurations and maintains PCs to current configuration levels.
• Creates and maintains end-user accounts and permissions as required, providing desktop support.
• Educates users to reduce recurring issues by offering solutions to problems in a proactive manner.
• Trains IT Technicians on various systems or processes as needed.
• Ensures confidentiality of property data and security while maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.
• Three to five years of work experience in information technology or related field.
• Must obtain valid gaming license, where applicable.
