Schedule

Full-Time Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Lead all service department operations (staffing, production, profitability)
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Coach and develop Service Advisors and Technicians
• Monitor KPIs (RO count, labor hours, efficiency, CSI, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and overall shop performance

What We’re Looking For

Required: 3+ years of Service Manager or Fixed Ops leadership experience

Strong leadership and team development skills

Proven track record of driving performance and results

Preferred: Honda or import dealership experience

CDK or similar DMS experience

Strong understanding of fixed operations KPIs
