The Position

As the Company continues to expand and grow, we are seeking a high-calibre, experienced marketing professional to support our Business Development team in developing and implementing marketing strategies for Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international markets. This role will contribute to the organization’s future growth by working closely with both internal and external partners to maximize impact and deliver results. Other key responsibilities are outlined below,

• Formulate and execute marketing strategies and calendars that drive customer acquisition, membership conversion, and engage target audiences;
• Lead the complete events lifecycle — from concept development, creative planning, budgeting, production, logistics, and supplier coordination through to on-site delivery, overall management, and post-event evaluation.
• Work with internal and external marketing and communications partners to develop content that supports all stages of the sales funnel, helping drive awareness, generate leads, and ultimately turn marketing leads to landing opportunities.
• Manage Marketing budget, track progress against allocated budgets, re-allocate if needed, and accrue for any necessary costs at year-end.
• Serve as the point person and project/event manager for the Business Development team.
• Host delegation visits and promote Hong Kong as the Innovation and Technology hub.
• Use market insights, customer data, and an agile test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
• Provide accurate and timely information reports and analysis of all marketing activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

The Candidate

Degree's holder in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or any related discipline;

• Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content creation, customer acquisition and campaign optimization are essential;
• Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools, photo and videography software (such as Canva), and digital avatar technologies for marketing applications;
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and innovative content;
• Understanding of I&T ecosystem and Start-up community environment;
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing programmes in Mainland China;
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
• Creative, self-driven and customer-oriented;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Frequent travel to Mainland is required.
