ARMStaffing is looking for a Cath Lab Tech in Topeka, Kansas.

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00).

Job Description The Cath Lab Tech will provide care in a fast-paced clinical environment, performing various procedures including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and handling advanced equipment to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures such as angioplasty, cardiac ablation, and catheterization.
• Manage and access ports, ensure accurate monitoring, and maintain sterile fields.
• Assist in administrative tasks, including charting in the Community Hospital system.
• Work closely with physicians and support staff in both Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology settings.

Required Experience

• 1 year of experience in a Cath Lab.
• Experience with accessing/managing ports and various catheterization procedures.

Certifications/Licensure Current BLS certification. Registered or certified in Cardiovascular Interventional Technology (CCI), or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with Kansas license.
