STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS (S3) HAS AN OPENING! QA Analyst III (Tosca/Automation) Detroit, MI (Local/must be available for onsite) W2 contract role 12+ Months

*We are looking for a senior QA Analyst with Tosca/Automation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the test strategy and test plan for assigned projects, including scope, approach, estimates, and schedule.
• Lead and coordinate testing teams across onshore and offshore locations; assign work and track progress.
• Ensure all project gate deliverables meet governance standards and are completed on time.
• Manage test timelines, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues with clear mitigation plans.
• Oversee test design, test data strategy, and requirements traceability.
• Drive automation strategy and coverage on assigned projects using Tricentis Tosca.
• Produce weekly status reporting and communicate quality metrics to project and customer stakeholders.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned applications, business processes, or portfolios.
• Mentor and develop QE1 and QE2 team members, including growing future Test Leads.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across testing processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Offshore experience: 4+ years of overall software testing experience.
• Onshore experience: 4+ years of testing experience with healthcare applications.
• Proven experience leading testing for complex or large-scale projects, supported by measurable results.
• Strong experience developing test strategies, estimates, and test plans.
• Experience leading distributed (onshore/offshore) testing teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including status reporting and risk escalation.
• Ability to complete Tricentis Tosca certification within 30 days of hire (if not already certified).

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep healthcare payer domain expertise (claims, enrollment, provider, member, or billing).
• Experience operating within a formal PMO and project gate governance model.
