Responsibilities

• Ensures construction activities move forward according to schedule.
• Develops and revises project work plans as needed.
• Monitors progress of construction activities.
• Completes required project documentation.
• Identifies issues that may result in a disputed item.
• Reviews and approves project deliverables.
• Charts project objectives and plans.
• Maintains strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
• Conducts periodic construction site inspections.
• Ensures strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.
• Coordinates the activities of sub-contractors.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required.
