Polk Mechanical is seeking a Construction/Mechanical Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects and ensure successful delivery through strong leadership, financial oversight, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale projects
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project execution
• Manage subcontractors and procurement processes
• Conduct planning meetings and ensure compliance
• Resolve complex project issues
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Advanced leadership and project management skills
• Strong financial and contract management knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
