HELP KEEP MOBILE FLEA MARKET RUNNING SMOOTHLY

Mobile Flea Market is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Part-Time Operations Support team member to help with the day-to-day needs of the market.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and helping wherever needed. Operations Support team members play an important role in keeping the market clean, organized, safe, and ready for our vendors and guests.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support the daily operations of Mobile Flea Market.
• Pick up and remove trash from the market lot, food stand areas, parking areas, and other designated spaces.
• Respond to vendor table requests by radio.
• Deliver tables to vendors in designated market areas.
• Assist with setup, support, and cleanup for market events.
• Safely operate approved equipment such as weed eaters, lawn mowers, and leaf blowers.
• Safely operate company equipment and vehicles as assigned and authorized.
• Help maintain clean and orderly outdoor areas throughout the market.
• Assist other members of the Operations Department as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures when operating tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or other concerns to a supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically active tasks.
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
• Comfortable communicating by radio with supervisors and other team members.
• Able to respond to changing priorities in a busy market environment.
• Willing to assist in different areas of the Operations Department as needed.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Friendly and professional when interacting with vendors, customers, and coworkers.
